Went to the coop this morning and got a new battery for my multimeter. Old one was old but still good at about 9.5volts. Meter giving same readings on the fender battery (very low). Set up the 1980's made in germanyland old skool charger and switched it on. Hopefully that will squirt the output of a small power station into my battery - the next 24 hours will tell.

Zero degrees here with melting sleet
Someone tried to steal my towbar couple of nights ago, dogs must have put them off, got 5 out of six bolts out, was going to fix it today but a bit damp.
Can't imagine what goes on in a thief's mind.
"Oh I'll just risk going to jail for this thing!!"
Flipping heck!
Anyway, glad you saved it. Did they take the bolts with them?
Hope not!:):):)

Good arternoon all.
Serious case of CBA today.:(:(:(
Prepping to move stuff around in the utility prior to clearing up, washing down, then painting.
Hate painting, well mostly, no...... deffo hate it, hate cutting in especially. Decorating is a horrible disease.
Still at least it is prolly the last time I'll ever do it!
Some benefits of getting old!;)
W in and out, socialising and getting read for the rellys visit.
Back playing up even though I did nothing strenuous yessdi and wore my new support belt. Beginning to wonder if it did more harm than good.
Have a nice day folks!
:):):)

Saw the Chiro this morning and he has certainly given C5/6 a ruddy good crick-crack.
We also discussed the advisability of traction for the neck and "neck muscle strengthening" exercises.
He showed me the traction thing he uses himself for his own neck (damaged in a rugby game at Uni), I have bought one too.
Hoping to improve the joint separation. :)

WOW!
I once mentioned doing something like this to a chiropractor.
He blanched.
But I couldn't see why.
So PLEASE do tell us how you get on with it. :):):)

I most certainly will keep you all bored rigid apprised of how it pans out.
My Chiro too is cautious about it, he advises that it would be foolish to go charging in like a bull in a china shop.
He expects to be adding this "traction" element to his practice as a monitored "therapy" procedure.
But, he knows I am not entirely stupid and that I understand what is involved.
All he said to me was I'm not recommending it to you, as I don't want the responsibility, but I would say to you it does wonders for me with my neck issue.
