The very reason I int attending our wurks do tonight. Instant asshats, just add booze.
I sometimes think, the way people act when they are drunk is what they are really like, only social conformity makes them behave themselves when sober.

Dottir and her husband have been in the process of buying a new build house in a nice part of the county, on a new estate of over 100 new houses. They got one of the last ones. About 2 weeks ago they had their first viewing, with the brick shell finished and the roof on, with internal works underway. They took a load of photos. On which they queried why the brickwork was so messy with horrendous mortar snots and smears everywhere. And it transpired, the well known builder had built the final four or five properties on the development with the wrong facing bricks. The ones with the right bricks look terrific, but these few look horrendous. Anyway, long story shortened, they have wisely decided to reject the house (after the builder fessed up and admitted their mistakes). A wise decision as when I checked up, the build now falls outside the planning consents
....that I have been a mug and bought a ticket for this prize draw.
Closes 8PM tonight at which time I won't win of course.

Fink it needs more vents but they need to be where the wind will blow in. Not covered wiv trees etc.any tips on how to reduce/eliminate condensation in a prefab garage? askin' furra frend
its got a couple of vents either end in the roof but not helping
previous structure was a wooden shed with a ridge vent all the way along the roof, never had a problem
Yer need more ventillationI wish I had an answer. I insulated my shed, now I get condensation. Ive had to take my dewalt tools out of it. I did think of putting a heater in it but the cost of lecky put me off.

Eye was poking fun. Eye could weigh it in for yer.Bad but not that bad, lots of welding but I'd tackle it if I was younger, easier to put big bits in than small repairs I think, it had a new back end from axle rearwards at some point so rear xmember is good.
I'll get some better pictures if you're interested
