Back to doing some Xmas gifts for people. Feels nice to get my sublimation stuff out.

Re the sprouts.
Take all the outer leaves off and when you think you've done it, take another one or two off!!
Cross cut in the base, plenty of salt in the watter and don't boil em for too long.
I used to hate em too.

Had a bit of a shite day ...
There's a young blue tit who has gotten himself stuck in our warehouse sized factory ... having trouble getting him out ...
Went for our Christmas dinner today, manage to keep that in from 14:00 when I ate it till 15:10 when it left like a Porsche ... sadly I was in my kitchen at the time ...
Have I mentioned that my digestion is screwed since the cholecystectomy ...

Thats a shame, especially this time.of year when food seems more important and more.abundant. The upside is, the calories wont be sticking if they aint staying long enough.

It's -6 'ere at the moment but the forecast is showing that a warm-up is on its way and we should reach the dizzy heights of +3 by mid-day. I won't hold my breath.
I did that Dan and ended up in the hospital for a couple of weeks. It is always worth getting their opinion at the hospital they are better placed in diagnosing underlying conditions.Morning All.

Back/kidney is still hurting. Dr. is useless and I might take myself off to A&E if this gets any worse.
