Result? I think so. It should lead to a "hands on" appointment because there's nothing they can say to get out of it really or they would be failing in their duty of care towards me. :)

It’s not their fault, I always remind myself that the person on the help desk/phone line is not the “cause” and are only doing their job, I have had a few upgrades on flights cos I was the only nice guy in a long queue:D.

But hope you get seen, I don’t understand what the problems are as have been out of the system for so long.

Rang up on Friday, waiting for it to come back from workshop, well call you tomorrow. No call. Called 4pm today.. need to chase it up, not got it back yet, We've put some tyres on for you though.
I said i wanted to choose, not whatever ditch finders you get.. oh right, what did you want.. told him . uh.. that's a rather specific request isn't it? I'll phone you back today.. no call yet. What did he expect.. 'black'?

We shall see.. maybe as they say, good things come to those who wait
