There is a risk with any vehicle and you could say that about any vehicle.
With a fleet of about 30 vans, (he is never sure offhand how many he has!), he always has to have a spare in case of accident or breakdown. He tells me every now and then about the stupid accidents some of his drivers have but also the spectacular breakdowns he gets, even with new vehicles.
BUT, and this is the deal breaker, if they breakdown under warranty, which they mostly do, they get fixed for nothing. You don't get much of a warranty secondhand.

Thats all wrong. There's millions of bonds. There's no chance every number will be picked in an average that wide. Its luck of winning. Newer issued bonds look like they win more often but its down to more peeps buying larger amounts in later years. Peeps down saff win more often as theres more bonds held down there.
No it's not wrong, it's maffs/probability, but if all bonds were held for nigh on infinity, all of em should come up at least once.
OR Ernie does not generate truly random numbers and THAT is actually a massive problem, which is why they are now on version 5 of him. Obviously actually winning is a matter of luck, no dispute about that.

Leccy car batteries are made from horrible stuff which the UK doesn't have any of, and it can't be recycled so has to go to landfill when the batteries die. And I bet they ain't cheap to replace after a few short years of use. Guvmints will inevitably review their carbon free goals and strategies when they eventually realise who they rely on for supplies. The current COP summit will be another load of buzz words and bollickz. Why has Charlie been told not to go????
Cos he is King and so no longer allowed to state his opinions on owt.
So he had em all over for dinner instead, he ain't stoopid!

54 deg and dull here, soon got to dinner time, done nowt.
Timber arrived last night, lean too going up tomorrow so I can work outside without getting wet (sheds are full)

You can get vehicle warranties.
