Morning all
Day started ok, now not so much …
Got to Dads fine, got him up dressed and ready to go to the day centre, left to go home …

big blue skip starts with throttle, runs with throttle ,
Dies on idle, no splutter just stops

Feck it, nothing open til 8, drinking Dads tea till he goes to Day care then I can muck about

oops!
Hope you get to the bottom of it.:(:(:(

... that after 4 coats of paint (2 undercoats and 2 top-coats) and many hours of covering a cream coloured off white "Half- panelled" room with Satin Black highlights and Storm-Grey vertical areas it only took the one comment from me that the end result "reminded me of a badly lit and smelly Gent's Khazi in a very run-down East-End Pub" that herself (who chose these colours (when I advised to paint it clean gloss-white)) has now decided it should all be Shellac' d over and painted a lighter colour. Hey, what about brilliant white?
Wasted money, wasted effort. Should have left the damned thing as it was. Wimmin's - they don't listen and they won't take advice on decor from a bloke (unless he's as gay as a maypole). :p

You are lucky if you can take more than 1 gallon a week, we can't.:(:(:(
Dunno if there's any rools at our local re-cyc. Dropped about 3 gallons in their tank this morning. There's only ever one attendant there, and always talking to someone if the weather's fine or drinking tea in his office if its not. Could empty a road tanker there and he wouldn't notice.

Just had a fun chat with Wessex Water.
They "provide us" with sewage services.
Thay have billed us for 5m3 for mid Jan to end of March but 8m3 for 1 April to 19 july, which is clever seeing as how we were out of the country for all but 2 weeks of this!
Their prices went up on 1 April so we are being billed for a bit more per cubic metre.
Of course the figures for consumption of water are provided by Bournemouth Water.
Who did the same thing!
Fun will ensue!!
;););)
Sun is shining now!
Have a nice afternoon peeps!

Shouldn't have left the bathroom tap running on the day of departure then. ;)
