Twas very rainy today and discovered I no longer have a rear W/s wiper blade:(.
It has just disappeared:mad:.
Friends have made us very welcome:).

Sleep well folks

Have a great time and probably some chav nicked your wiper blade, someone stole my mates wheel cover off his jeep. It had his name and business custom printed on it

@Shippers (bit of a cross post;))
This was from the weekend on the Somerset classics car rally. Been with him a few times round France & uk tours. Remember going to a posh hotel with some winding roads & while waiting for the first car to arrive I heard this howling down the road…. He decided it was good for a road rally, problem was all the others decided the same.all the drivers were over 60years old & having the time of there lives.

Thanks for that!...wish I still had mine it was road going but to hillclimb standard sold it to buy a graphite grey 1.6 205 gti one of the first in Edinburgh...

Morning All :D
Just kicked off WW3 with my neighbour :(
Came out of my garden path to find a visitor to them was parked completely over the pavement.
I asked if I was meant to walk up and over the vehicle rather than walk into the road.
It did not go down well. :(
Have a nice day. :D

Yes. They were only there a short while, but that is not the point. Blocking the pavement and forcing someone to step into the road is just a very selfish thing to do.
I absolutely agree but it remains to be seen if that illegal parking is repeated. I am prepared to accept that the first time is an ignorant mistake but if it is repeated then you will need to take stronger legal backing to get 'them' to understand that laws are there for a reason even though it may be a slight inconvenience to a temporary visitor. :)

Some scrotes will nick anything.:(:(:(
I found that the spare wheel cover off my D1 would just come off when towing my big box trailer. So gave up on it, just secure it to the car with a bikelock.;)

Afternoon folks:).

Been reasonably productive day today, but there's always a BUT;).
Anyway nailed together a quick trellis for Ms rose which has gone ballistic and is covering the rest of the plants, so that is now propped up and contained a bit better.
Pool is still filling, its like watching paint dry:rolleyes:, so dumped 375kg of salt and some other magic stuff, then do final check when up to level.
Fitted the pump in and other stuff in the pump room to stop the water coming out, so its ready to circulate tomorrow, flick the switch its seized:mad:, its only done 2 seasons, so will get down there tomorrow with tools and some oil to get it moving, if no go then will have to dig out the spare:), As we know any landy owner has spares coming out of thier ears for almost everything:D.

Busy week ahead its almost like being back at work;) NOT:D.
