Morning all!
Had a row with the "care in the community" neighbour.
Not the batsh!t crazy wimmins, the bloke who moved in fairly recently who I know has mental health probs.
His cat got trapped in our garage a few days ago, she must have wondered in as the big up and over door was open all day, then when I pulled it down and shut it he/she must have been in there hidden somewhere in the piles of junk.
The following morning they cam round worried it had got itself trapped in my kit car that I had just put a new tarp on.
I let them look for it, it wasn't in the car so I suddenly thought about the garage and sho nuff we could hear in mewing. (It isn't directly open into the house.)
So I opened it up, the cat came out, they went away and I thought that was that.
This a.m. he had his car blocking the communal entrance to the drive, doors all open doing something under it. I offered to help, and he started having a go about the cat, saying "I'll get the police to break into your house if you go to France and leave it in there!"
???????????????
He thought it was a strange "coincidence" that the cat got trapped the day I had had a chat with them about the cat and its wondering habits, (about which we weren't bothered as all our cars were by then tarped up!)
He went off on one and I couldn't calm him down and make him see reason, he just kept repeating "coincidence" in a sarcastic tone of voice.
Anyway W and i concocted an email and sent it to the couple, he then replied in a reasonable tone apologised and accepted it was just an accident.
Maybe his Mrs made him take his meds!;););)
But this slowed me down on finishing the trailer before a bloke comes to pick it up round 6 p.m..:(:(:(
We shall see!;););)

What are neighbor's:confused:.

We have cows that come and munch on our fence line do they count:D.

At least you may have giving him reason/time/and his wife, to see sense. I guess you will find out next time you meet him alone.

I sent them an email laying stuff out and he responded saying he now knows it was an accident, he was sorry for his body language blah di blah, and wishing us all the best for our trip to France and saying he'll keep an eye on the place.
So All OK now, I hope!
:rolleyes::)

Anyways.
Romanian bloke, the father of the person who has been emailing me re the trailer, came all the way from Heefrow to look at it. As he didn't speak a word of Eengleesh, we had to have a three way convo with his son.
Blokey liked the trailer, in fact he loved it cos it is so big, but it has no plate on it, other than one in German on the drawbar.
This concerned him cos he wants to take a load of stuff to Romania. He went on about needing to register it.
So I looked it up on the DVLA website and, sho nuff, you don't need to register a trailer to VISIT Europe unless it is either a commercial trailer or it is over 3500KG. It is neither of these.
So I now have no idea whether he'll come back or not.
He just might.
As I told him, if there had been a plate on there I'd have photographed it and put the pic on the ad.
What a waste of time.
Still, if he decides he don't need to register it, he may come back as he really did like it.

Ho hum!:(:(:(
