Celebrated this eve with a nice dins.
Valentine's day AND finishing collating all the feckin paperwork for the visas.
It isn't just finding what they ask for, it's understanding what they want, for instance how do you prove your "socio-economic status"?
It's also getting the drop on them if they ask awkward questions, like about why Wifey still does all her own personal financing in her maiden name.
Also bizarrely, having bought the land then had a house built on it has made for more paperwork.
I am just grateful for the fact that, despite not foreseeing Brexit (who the feck ever did?) I had somehow kept all the necessary paperwork.
Also the backcracker doesn't wan to see me for a fortnight as I am making progress!
