I have loaded up the car with the first load of tools going into temporary storage. It has made a dent in the space. Well, a little dent

Evening folks.
It’s been another goodun managed to get started around 8:30 till 11:30 then sat down for a cuppa and said sod it that’s enough.
Just had our regular face time with Mum & Dad all good.
So sat out in the dusk listening to the young owls.
Saw something in the gutter of the summer kitchen, then it dropped to the floor (yep it’s that flying cat again).
I have been in and out of the summer kitchen so the front screen is half up. Next thing all hell breaks out inside as the young owl try’s to get out through screens that aren’t up.
Call the JRS yep okI go in pick up 1 of me bbq gloves (welding glove), he/she is quite calm by now. So I get hold round legs with the gloved hand and manage to scoop 1 wing back with the other.
Bring it out and just hold so it can calm down and get its bearings, let it go and off he flies all good.
Good deed done for today.

Nice!! What needs doing? Looks perfect to me
New door tops, usual rusty seized nuts, & fit a set of spot lights an a few wee bits here an there
& check it over as its recently had a new galvanised chassis, sounds nice being a petrol.
@kevstar you missed out on the container of tools! The chap who took them was over the moon

For 3 months?
Trouble is we still have to get this one back to the UK.
We have hired cars in the past, for stays of a week or less, and got ripped off hugely twice, once, just like that an other time after Pat had a breakdown miles from here, Le Mans.
Each time it cost us nearly €1000.
So no, I think I'd rather buy a French car!
