Leaning over. Walls cracked. Bricks cracked. Asbestos roof. Base is made of 3 bits of concrete. Peers hacked oat ferra big window. Brick condition int good. Can't be saved. Cheaper to build meself.

Don't they have to prove its a place of historical interest? Sorry if I am being my normal thicko self.
But our place, in fact the whole estate, is built on the waste pile from an old pottery, which is why you need dynamite or a JCB to dig a hole. So there could faintly be historic interest, in shards of pottery from last century. But then any midden is full of interest to the right kind of history buff. So how many centuries old is your place? To justify their bothering their asses to dig up your land?

I just found out tonight (from my misses) one of my neebs found a couple of interesting
treasures in his garden one being an old smoking pipe. I will ask him tomorrow to see
