The Avon is back up over the flood plains again.as for the Severn it’s not dropped.Rain started at two and apparently is here until next Friday. I was watching the river levels hoping I’d get in a day on the local without it looking like chocolate and pouring into the farmers fields

If you mean, "...for stamp duty" I belive it is 1% below £250k then 3% above that up to yet another threshold.
