And it has to be said, you are a clean worker, couldn't see a drop of oil or a spec of rusty metal on the floor!

I dont like a guddle (another good Scottish word) work clean work smart :)
An old boy said to me when I was a lad a clean site is a safe site an it stuck with me.
I had to take my time & be careful, there was glass everywhere once the interior was out
the easiest way is knock the plugs out the floor & put a bucket under & sweep it all down
the plug. ;)

And you are less likely to lose stuff.

When I was stripping the donor car a Cortina S mk 4/5 for my last kit, I was doing it in a neighbour's garage, the neighbour who was a mechanic and worked out of it.
He was "helping " me. I wanted to do it all methodically, bagging and labelling everything. He just started ripping it apart. The loom for instance just came out in one go! I was aghast! Anyway, everything had to be cut up quite small so i could take the body down to the tip in a small trailer. He got his gas axe out and started cutting through the roof. He forgot the roof liner was still in it. It caught fire and the black smoke it gave off stank to hell! What a joke! anyway, by the end of the day I had all the bits in my garage and the tin was down the tip. Never again!

Stepped out the front door to take the dogs for my nightly walk around some local tracks..

The lovely cat had left a nice juicy rat just where my foot landed, I slipped and then proceeded to land arse first on a squishy rat, which exploded like a toothpaste tube when my arse hit it!:mad:

Needless to say I was a tad taken aback by the spectacle that lay squished in front of me.. o_O

I defo have to pressure wash it off the patio, no way is a spade gonna remove this feller!

He's thinner than a piece of A4 and his guts are............. somewhere!:D

Ah..

Another pair of jeans i'm gonna have to wash in bleach! ;)

Morning All :D
Oh my goodness, a proper September morning! All misty and uncertain.:)
One thing is certain though, I shall be up that scaffold in about half an hour painting for all I am worth.
The hire ends today at 2PM (I think) and I am not finished yet.;)
Have a great day everyone. :D
