Sunny but seems a bit cooler out there, still very, very quiet though. According to them as knows, this is going to be the last hot day for a week or so but there seems to be very little promise of real rain.:( The woodpeckers continue to demolish the peanuts at an alarming rate whilst the little birds wait patiently and socially distanced for their turn.:) the wee dog is out and in and out and in and out whilst the big 'un sleeps on. What he wants is for me to get up and start the daily hot weather routine, ie. take them to the river for their daily games with their friends and water 'wallowing's. I really don't know how they stick it as the mountain water is still ice cold!
Take care folks, but do enjoy your day whatever you choose to do.:)

Fort you said yer didn't know where from when yer did ;)
We don't! But their rather persistent and vociferous racket got the message across! Whilst I was out with the dogs, my husband sorted out some corn from the bird seem 'bin' and gave it to them. It was scoffed and off they trotted. We have not idea where they have gone or how they went is a mystery. Although domesticated geese do fly it is not there chosen method of movement, but they would have to have flown to get into that field or even to get out of it!!
