@Hippo I have finally got my morticer back from my FiL and it still works!! It is an Axminster one from 2004. Nice bit of kit I leant it to him in 2011

Today I has been mostly pulling weeds outa me lawn (I use the term lawn loosely, as I as said before it is just grass). Part of the intensive care it needs to turn it back into a recognisable lawn after years of neglect. And I as got a blister on me finger so down to one key compootering . Tomorrow I will be mostly raking the moss out (wif me electric thing) and dressing with vertilizerer.

I don't live on a main road, but you would think so today!
'Nother sunny day has dawned. I have heard the usual two vehicles leave the hamlet, one works shifts in a care home and the other has a health food shop in the local town. I can't even hear a sheep bleating, they must all still be asleep … or sunbathing.
