Hi,
Just thought i would ask for help again, no faults showing on my software, all four suspension lights on, symbol for highest suspension (off road) on, and 35 mph max on, and suspension not working, ok last night, but not working this morning

Hi
Im going to manually raise my suspension with my compressor, does anybody know how may bar/bars for standard height
If it say's "slow 35 mph" there is a fault, if your software does not show the fault you have a communication problem, usually it's the USB to serial adaptor. If you are using the free EAS software, do you get a green "Good Idle"?
The pressure for the airsprings is 50/60psi to bring it up to standard height.

Hi
Sorry i didnt reply straight away, i was you enjoying my inflated suspension (Manually) But now back to try and sort it with my laptop/software and you guys i hope!!!!!!!!

So im in my car right now, to read the faults, i will let you know how i get on!

Hi
Coming up as (2. FR signal incorrect), i will spray terminal, but had this same problem awhile ago, so new sensor i reckon, which some of you thought that last time.....

Forgive the silly question; but have you cleared the faults with the software??
After the dash faults come on can you then read the fault/s on your software??

Hi
Showing no faults, have good green idle, but when i switch off ignition, then back on, still showing 35 MAX, and No suspension
Stop the software before you turn off the ignition, dusconnect the cable before you turn the ignition back on.
Are you sure the faults was cleared?
For sure the sensor is duff.

Hi
I have good idle, i clear faults when i connect, then re-read faults and front righthand sensors comes up, i know righthand front sensor is suspect, but with my trolley jack can cure this so the faults disappears!
I will follow your instuctions tonight.
I have tested compressor, and it does run, but doesnt run when engine is running, would any faults show if the compressor or valve blocks was at fault?

No faults if compressor is duff no fault is thermo switch is duff.. Valve block has no effect on compressor running apart from pressure switch. Change the sensor.

That just proves that the sensor track is worn at normal height.
