I'll see how much it would be to get it dragged from Stalybridge to Hebden...and ask the gaffer, if she'll let me have another toy!

I would like to keep it complete but if it is still here in 2 weeks then you can have em cheap before it goes to the scrapers. It would be a real shame.

Yeh it is a shame to see them go but Im definitely interested in the seats if u do decide to break and maybe a few other bits too

If you do decide to break, I'm after two front door locks, and a boot/door lock, keys don't have to match.

Also after a rear propshaft.

As much as it's a pity to break, its better to keep others going than just weigh it in at the crusher! ...plus you get more money in parts!

Hi all,

I've just finished picking up all the parts for this and have it all in my garage...including what seems like twenty knackered doors. Hopefully there will be enough good parts in amongst all that lot to make five good uns!

Thanks to Matcal who's a great bloke who helped me bring half the stuff back to my garage...

I'll be starting a thread of the rebuild process soon...progress so far this afternoon was to remove the rad, fix the solenoid, poor in some petrol and give it a blast...started like a good un!

Good to hear you're going to save its life!
I'm looking forward to reading more on this thread. :) nice one chaps

There is no such thing as a 'big job' as far as Landies are concerned ... they are just loads of little jobs, coming along one after the other!

Take your time and it will be worth it in the end :D

He lies ...

there are lots of little jobs, yes ...

they're held together with the rust ... :D :p ;)

Hi did you get the second row sets you were after ? Reason I ask is that I'm after some if you know were I can get them .thanks Neil

you may have to wait some time for an answer to your question given you have revived a nearly 6 year old thread and the person you are asking the question of hasn't posted since 2013 :D
