Well I finally got round to having a look at it. Relay good, 20A fuse in engine bay good, voltage at pump. Changed the pump, done the fuel line bleed, fired first time!

what was the voltage at the pump i just need to know as i know i got 5 volts from some where and it is bugging me!

12v DC mate. It's a piece of **** to do the pump. I lightly greased to outside of the pump incase I need to change it again.

read something about the fuel-low-pressure sensor needing to read about 4v if all's well
