Hi Keith

Great thanks for the tips of course your sealing comment makes complete sense, I should have realised that. When you say you had to grind the sides of the gun, I can't visualise the procedure, is it to make the actual head fit deeper in the UJ?

1 way to do it is to fit longer grease nipples
another way is to loosen off the grease nipples until the gun fits but tighten then up after the grease is in

Yep, just 2 flats on the side of the nozzle. there was no way my Wanner gun would go in far enough otherwise. You can get long nipples but it's fag taking out the normal nipples, fitting the long ones to grease then putting the originals back after.
