Looking good..
Looks good. One bad point though. I would have painted the inside of the cup holders black. I am nitpicking though.

If I may make a suggestion and you can’t cover in one piece due to shape, then a more permanent solution to avoid stitching like a professional trimmer would, may be to cover each piece of the box individually (wrapping round the edges) before assembly. You can trim and line the box with EVA foam to hide the scrap.Hi LandyJD, do you have any pictures of how you edged the vinyl between the vertical and horizontal surfaces? I'm halfway through building something similar myself, because a standard one won't fit where I need it, following my auto conversion. I've built the box and I've got the vinyl, I'm confident I can get as far as covering it all but not sure how to finish the edges!
The great thing about DIY is your not making to a price. If one of these has to retail at 100 pounds then the manufacturer can only spend 20 quid on materials, at a push. Otherwise the they cant make a profit, the wholesaler can’t add on a lump nor can the retailer, agent, courier, Uncle Tom Cobbly..................That looks bomber. Nice job, I love a bit of ‘why should I just buy, let’s make’ diy
