on the subject of reserved Bid prices. If ya wanna know what they've been set at or bid upto Bid a stoopidly high price well over what the item is worth. as the Highest bidder the reserve /bid will be revealed. Then retract ya bid and list "entered wrong amount" as reason and ya bid is deleted, setting item back to the price it was before ya bid.

No Doc is gonna get the "BUYER!!" to cancel the sale, which will result in Doc not having to pay the EBay "Final Value Fee"
My way is if ya wanna buy something but want to know what the reserve is set at. Or what has been bid on it so far.

main reason to not use ebay - most of the sellers are corrupt bastards.
Yep and also reason why so many FB selling pages are springing up. Wonder how long before Ebay tries getting em shut down???
Or just buy them... seemed to work for gumtree.
And of course, ebay have reduced the info you can supply on reporting items these days, so, it's not easy to report people operating illegally on eBay.
