hi mate i do need a snorkel after today, the only prob it mine a bit of a miss match, it's a 200tdi with and n/a air box and no side vent, so a 300tdi will be on the wrong side

the 300tdi intake is on the drivers side wing, mine has plane wings each side and the air box intake is just behind the rad

Well i think a good day was had by all. Did a few lanes and Drove Standon ford and Violets lane. Standon Was about 3 or 4 ft deep Violets lane was much the same in places.

Also have a feeling my clutch master or slave cylinder is on the way out again!

Good day out Beaker, i enjoyed my first green laning.nice to meet you all. i'll get the photos up in a bit, looking for new tyres now lol

Good good, shame about the first couple of lanes, but thats just how things go sometimes.
Looking forward to seeing the pics. Not sure the "bikers" were very happy that we met half way down violets lane, think they'd flooded their engines. So are bow waves were not very appreciated.

If your after tyres do a search on here if you need advice, loads of threads on it.

Damn good site still has bits of my halfshaft laying there from me going a bit too mental on the treasure hunt trying to find the illusive boards and numbers.

Krsmayo,

Are you trying to fit a snorkel to your mota? have you checked out sealed inline airfilters? I am about to fit one to mine Kand N do one if you can afford nearly 130 quid all aliminium very nice but a bit pricey for me. You can use the Na filter bix but..... you must make it fully sealed! that means lots of RTV silicone and lots of cleaning to get it 100 percent sealed and dont forget the drainer either.

I hope you all put in your wading bungs in otherwise you risk your clutch getting wet aswell as you your timing belts.
