Got a rope although problem not the correct one.
I will come along to the pub if I can and go from there. It's only shiny because it was resprayed last year. I don't mind a few battle scars.

Right, what is recommended by you lot for some capable tyres?? Trying to keep to a tight budget but also want to make sure they are good tyres.

As it's not purely for off road, I want a tyre that will be good on road too.
Just trying to get this car sorted ASAP so what else is recommended for a bit of off roading/laning?

Hoping to tag along on the 14th. :)

What size are you after. Standard 235 70 R16 for your disco? Decide what tread pattern you want. It depends on what you want to drive in. I prefer the 'Sahara' tread for a good all round tread pattern but I am sure others will argue for another tread pattern for the same reasons. What sort of miles are you likely to be doing on and off road?

Ive got 255/60/18 at the moment so about that would do.
Very limited mileage as it's just a toy but a in-between would be nice.

If you have good tires on them wheels then I would suggest you keep them then get some 16" for mud plugging. I have off roaded with 18" and they dont have enough give and there is a high risk of damage.

What year is your disco. From your picture it looks like a D2

They are ok for offroad but daily and mud then try a mud terrain those are the same as the Amazon pattern not too bad if I'm honest.

New a full set of remoulds used to be dirt cheap tyres latley have gone mental!

Sell your ones and you will probably make on he deal
