Cool

Not seen that one before there is A few now that are 3rd pv where they fly cam'd up planes miles though goggles. They do a tour of the streets parks and hen fly back to an apartment in a tower block. Having tried this years ago and watching others switch to goggles I can appreciate how difficult it is truly amazing.

Punch in 4d indoor flying that is also fun to watch

Amazing vid Chris

Been under the Landy all afternoon putting the diff back in plus other bits and pieces, all I can say is "It's ****ing freezing out there!!!"

Agree feckin cold been moving bits around this morning and this afternoon been sorting bits at the house.

Need to buy a small box trailer to get rid of some scrap and general boat carrying duties. Will be searching ebay soon.

The diesel in the landy and my dads volvo got too cold to start yesterday!! Bloody freezing I was out delivering till 10pm on friday. Dad wore the battery on the landy right out trying to start it :(

The Afghan jingle trucks used tO light small fires under their sump leave it for half an hour and then start their engines.

I thought you had a webasto heater?

I will look into a sump heater and maybe a lower rad heater hose.

I do but remember its not fitted :D:D Maybe up in scotland I might encounter this a bit more often  Not sure an internal heater would help but I guess I could have a detachable vent blowing hot air into the engine bay for very cold mornings?

Have you got any time if I were to ask you to fit it with me? There could be a couple of notes or beer tokens involved :D:D

Doesn't the webasto heat your coolant cirulate it around the engine and then blow it into the cab?

Fitting No problem but I have zero time I have sooo much on. Might be worth you bringing it down and fitting it when I'm working on the trialer that way if y ou need owt we can sort it.

Some of the svo guys run a fuel pre heater for cold weather. Its similar to a glow plug in a small resovoir of fuel and heats it up.

It's just an air heater. Fuel in, cold air in and out, combustion air in and exhaust out. If I designed some sort of detachable air pipe i could potentially channel hot air into the engine bay?

Tried to move the 109 today. I wanted to get it into a position where the transporter could winch it straight onto the load bed. Not very successful. The hadbrake seems to be seized on, either that or the transmission has seized.

consequently I am hoping to get one of you lovely people with a winch to pull the motor into position. I know that it will take a little work but if anyone is up to the challenge?

Cheers guys!

Doh no MOT,

Sorry Ryder,

RC fpv of newyork, because of the terror threat of such stuff its getting watched over really carefully by authorities but its awsome and the equipment isn't really all that expensive learning to fly fpv is errr interesting

I started insulating my shed fookin wet as at the moment you would not believe just how much condensation a metal shed would produce. Anyway I have put up 3 sheets of foam will put up another 3 tomorrow and then off to B&Q for another batch hopefully they will have some more stock.

Still not decided weather to just do the shed roof or the shed roof and top half of the sides or indeed all the sides? Will do the roof and see how I go I think.

Ryder I don't have a winch but do you think it would be possible to to tow it in low range very slowly? All I can offer you really. How soon does it need to be shifted? Maybe I can work out a date to help when Jai is working on his trialler?
