Dan, thanks for helping DB.Really moved things along today. Swap for BFG Muds was a right result.:D Won't have to tow you out as much now, when mine is back on the road.;)

Kev you are a LEGEND mate. The windy gun has made life so easy during the engine rebuild. I will defo be getting one in the near future. I have found a few classic rangey bits in my shed and they are coming your way buddy.
Many thanks to Dan for all his help over this weekend as I am sure I wouldnt of got half as much done on my own:) ;) . Its looking very good so far gents and I hope to have her running before next weekend but maybe during the following week due to time constraints and weather.:D
 
Today has been crazy! Hope you guys had a good time V jelious I missed 40 foot.

Today included,

Replaced front diff pinion seal,
Replaced transfer box front output seal,
Attached Salisbury axle,
Springs,
Shocks,
Fitted full extended axle breather pipe,
Fitting shafts and a drive member,
Drianed transfer box,
Drained diffs,

Went and looked at a house,

Its been quite a busy day all in all!

My b-i-l has given me a compressor, a Wolf one, he's bringing it up from Devon for me next time he's up. All I need to buy is some air tools.
Deffo makes life easier.

I used it quite alot over the weekend and have to say I wouldnt want to go back to manual any time soon !

and i can officially say that i had to break into the spydemobil................
after we managed to lock the keys inside it :-D
the look on DB's face when he realised the keys were sat on the dash right next to the window with all the doors locked. BUGGER!!

Couldn't have been too difficult without a floor in the Landy. That's if DB's cats will let you in.:D
 
Good job the floor pans are out !
Did feel a little bit silly when I saw the keys waving at me from the dash ( I swear they were putting the v's up at me aswell) lol
 
Looking forward to Wednesday night at the Pub. The Plains are fast approaching. Better still my Landy is going back together.
