Hi all, Ok it looks like my clutch slave cylinder has sprung a leak (pedal goes down to the floor and fluid coming from the clutch housing) had a quick look on line for a new one and the prices go from £10 - £75!!!!! Can anyone suggest somewhere local to get one and/or which make would be best, don't really want to spend £75 on a LR one but guess a £10 one will need changing again next week.
Thanks

well i've bent my steering drag link not even looked at the 90 since the last trial. Won't get much chance this weekend neither so next weekend is gonna be a busy one may have to miss out on the trial at Thurrock which is a ****er!

Got a greenhouse to pick up from Dunstable tomorrow.... anyone got a trailer I could borrow? Not sure the long sections will fit on the roof!

So who is coming to wales then? as its just under 2 weeks away.......

Long list of things to do befor then though.

Make sure the handbrake works
Tidy all the crap out the back
Possibly sort the split charge out (dont want the fridge not to work so the beer gets warm)
Possibly change back to the AT's
And a few other niggles.

Also need to get bloody Tax Befor we go!

Haha thats nothing lol!!! I have to service mine, get an mot, fix hazard lights, reverse light, sort out a horrible noise or two, fix up leaky fuel tank, fit my diesel heater, sand down my wheels and paint and get muds on them and god knows what else  All before Sunday when I'm hoping to leave for Wales!! Already decided there's no time for the awning or dog guard and a load of other stuff! Heeelllpppp lol!

Happy birthday Jai!! Have a good day? :D

That sounds like a good idea, I was thinking of sticking to A roads and avoiding the motorways as much as possible.

I did a service on monday :D

Need to get gas also so i can cook!

well we're still hopeful that we wil be able to make it! Need to raise a couple of hundred quid and am trying to sell a couple of tracking systems in the meantime... annoyingly had to spend the money I had already saved on stupid things like electric bill!

To Do:

Weld both sills so we dont get wet when wading...

Weld Boot for the same reason

Fit CB Radio

Fit Bullbar

Fit Driving Lights

Fit Fog lights

Fit Rear Working light

Find camping Gaz cooker n stuff

Refit Muds

Change 2 wheel bearings and a steering damper

Fit PAS box and probably pump

------------------------------------------

Nothing much then.... Oh yeah... inbetween all that I still got to try and keep Rose happy and do all the millions of things she'll want done in the meantime!

I'm still hoping to come... Not sure till closer time though to be honest!! Will need to stop off in Shropshire to get tents etc!

I thought prop bolts were a standard length! I have some here for my disco but I guess its a bit of a long way from you. Just waiting for offroader84 to let me know he's back for me to nip across to ware direction though so could drop them off at the same time if you are stuck!

BTW... me phone is non functional at the moment: It seems they do tend to get a little antsy when one lands on them! Until I get another phone probably best to PM me on here!

Nope Handbrake end are longer to allow for thickness of the drum.
