Video not my strong point, Windows movie maker is fine just to cut the videos down to the interesting bits and put them together. If you want to make nice shiny video download a free trial of sony vegas. It'll take you years to learn to use all the features though!

I do have adobe premier.... But I can't get my head round it lol!!
