I was supposed to be doing some local stuff tonight, one has dropped out and I suspect another will as well so it will probably be just me and Zoolandy. Meeting at the pub about 6:00. Interested?
 
Kev, I think the plan is for DB to start stripping it down tomorrow afternoon. This needs to be done before I can order parts, as there's a couple of different specs and I want to get the right bits. I'm back on it on Thursday night, but the next few weekends I'm away. Am trying to fit in as much time as possible on it, as just looking at it makes me eager to get it going.

I'm surprised you can contain your excitement. You'll have a series with "more", more everything by the sounds of it, more tyres, more suspension, more winch, more efficient cooling. Any thought on gearbox for more speed:D

Anyway, if you and DB need another pair of hands let me know and if I'm available I'll help you out.

BTW I assume you'll be up and running for Salisbury. You'll need shakedown time before that one I think.
 
Hi Chris, i would have been up for a bit of laning today, but i don't think i've got enough funds at the moment to get up there, will see if i can sort something out in the next hour and if i can make it i'll give you a call about meeting up, CHEERS.

I changed the Gearbox for a mil spec one last year, it's pretty bombproof. I should get a top speed increase due to the bigger tyres, it seemed to be a bit faster before it blew up.
Thanks for the offer of help, I could well take you up on that, lots to do before Salisbury.
 
Haven't started any work on anything as yet, didn't make it into work today, had a bit to much to drink round a friends yesterday and wasn't really in a fit state to drive to work this morning.

OK... well it seems that one or more of us should complain tho the council about our Bunyon's Chimney lane. I will call tomorrow but if anyone can tell me the nameof the person to talk to it would help!
 
talkin to the rangie boys last night they seen up for salisbury too. Mad hat man is right we need 3 groups really its a pain but its all ammo for the antis. I dont mind leading a group if there is no other volentees already Jai
