Good evening Local(ish) People,

Just come across this thread....Seen a few posts but to be honest...dont really have a few days to go through all 500 pages of posts :p

I'm in St Albans so not a million miles from some of you guys, I'm up for a little light 'Laning' nothing too harsh though I dont want to damage my Disco!

When are you guys next out and about? Where's the best place for me to join you as an 'amateur...'

Hello Rob, I am quite new here too especially compared to the others. They are a friendly bunch and will make sure your Disco remains relatively damage free.

You don't mind the odd little scratch I assume?

Robhew86 welcome!

I am sure you would be welcome with any of us that are out and about at the weekends! At the risk of telliong you what you already know, you will need to check the folowing

Do you have recovery points front and rear? (Jates on the front and a tow point on the rear is fine.)

If you would like to do a few gentle lanes one evening let me know, or I am sure someone will be playing at the weekend.

Please don't go out alone! (trust me on this one!)

I see spyderman's around at the moment (evening mate) He's always looking for someone to tow his motor after he breaks it! ;)
 
Yea dont go out alone, make sure you have some recovery points fitted. The tie down loops fitted by LR are not really strong enough for recovery purposes trust me we know they come adrift. A decent rope would be good too. Hook up with some of us and come and have some fun one weekend or evening. I think Ryder has his Shogun goin and is always up for some gentle laning Jai
Ps ill pm you my number if you get stuck and nobody can get you out its handy to have just in case and if you are out with Ryder in the shogun you better pack the following:
Overnight bag,
Local Farmers phone no,
Winch,
All the recovery hear you can carry,


Only joking he will look after you and not do any hard or damaging lanes

I think we have all given Ryder a hard time about getting stuck but of late he has been the only one not to be stuck Jai
 
Good news for you Kev, I hear they're practising safe sex in Wales now. they're putting a red cross on the back's of the sheep that bite.;)

Thanks Spyderman and Ryder, would be good to get out and do some laning. Getting the A/Ts fitted on Saturday so itching to get out again
