disco remember the idea to have 2 points is to spread the load between them with a strop or bridal this is better and puts less load on the bolts holding the jate rings or front loops on I prefer to use a bridal when possible some times its nice to be able to choose a single tow point on one side say to pull your vehicle out of a ditch usually from the furthest point this will help stop you from being dragged down the ditch possibly causing body damage Jai

cheers jai :)

Andy two pairs of jate rings delivered for Friday come to £47 all in. Do you want me to order a pair for you and we can split the cost £23.50 each?

personally i would get the series loops as they are in keeping with the series look but aslong as you are sure you can fit them to a series chassis Lai

Well, hello to you all! Late on this evening. Hi to Disco and Andy and welcome to our little thread!

Hoping to get the disco done this week (with a little help from DB) so the weekend might be feasible.

Pub meet looks promising too!

Sorry folks, just got home. Had to deal with Demi Moore:D:D:D

I can't do the Pub on Wednesday next week as I'll be on a plane.

This Saturday, I'll send out PM's Thursday night, once I've had time to plan a route and think of a meeting point.

hey, I'm new to this site and I don't wanna just jump in on the bandwagon unwelcome. I'm up for a bit of laning on Saturday if it's ok for me to tag along? If not no worries. I'm in Enfield area but am willing to travel wherever.

Thanks, Andy

More than welcome mate.
I use the Rings that bolt on top of the bumper, they use the normal bumper bolts plus 2 more drilled in the bumper for each one. I prefer them to Jate Rings as they're always accessible, unlike Jates which are underneath the front. Only down side is the angle of pull when being recovered, but I've never had a problem. Bridle is a really good idea. Your welcome to take a look at how mine's set up on Saturday.
I've done a few bit's to my Series, just a couple of minor improvements, nothing too drastic.
