Little update,

After the drama of my front wheel falling off !!!

i have got rid of the spacers
changed the front discs
and the new offset wheels have come,

so just gotta change tyres onto new wheels and i am mobile again
 
Good news Stu!

My clutch is slipping, so out of action for a little bit (dont want it to go on a lane!) shame as will be nice and muddy this weekend!
 
Hopefully next laning trip will be a week on sunday. Im still having problems with my transfer box so trying to find out if i need a rebuild. Had a few metal fillings on drain plug today so something is going on.
Drives fine on the road and never jumps out of high.
 
Is anyone breaking a 300 disco? I've had a bit of a bump.

do you still have the drag link for the p38,

as im guessing it should fit a disco 1 ?

seems mine is bent now after wheel coming off,

as i have change discs and got new wheels and it drives horrid if im am turning either way.

and my bloomin breaks are binding lol
 
Stu I proably have a std drag link for a disco here if you need one. Don't think the p38 one will be the same as a disco 1 the axles are wider on p38.

I will have a hd drag link coming off my 90 probably tomorrow but it will only fit the older type drop arm

Yh breaks are working but discs get silly hot ?

Can't work out why at present !

Saw the pic stu you mean track rod? Goes between both wheels?

I have a couple of them both are atd ones that have been tuned so are HD one needs both ball joints the other one needs a boot/one ball joint I have a bracket for the steering damper.

Now just gotta work out why my break dis a are so flipping hot ,
When they have new discs and cleaned pads,
