cant afford to and plus im moving in now that weekend and im going to petrol bomb my range rover

Guess we can let you off with only a mild rebuke in that case;)

BTW why petrol bomb the Rangie? You not got it fixerized? It will be something daft. If all else fails rip the injection off and put carbs on it.

Give me a couple of weeks and if it still aint runnin right I could take a look see. No guarantees though:eek:

hey Spydie did you get out this week yet?

I'm sure we could arrange something for Friday night. Maybe Gibbo Phil will have a spare seat in the Frontera? ;)

Ryder, I've been absolutely nowhere. Just been at home watching TV.:(

I'd be up for a trip out somewhere. Don't mind driving somewhere and parking up. I want to spend a bit of time at DB's on Saturday, as there's a few things I can do without having to go in the house, but probably not more than few hours work.

Ok well I am working on having a few quid for a night out on fri. I know Glenn will be up for it cos he always is! AND Phil is alway game! There's a ridgeway route that threatened to cause an issue when we drove it last from Princes Risborough. We've been looking for an excuse to try that again or there are a lot of routes in Herts! Only local stuff but maybe a few herts lanes? Perhaps Kev will join us
... Just one thing.... 40 ft lane is out!

Spyderman,

If Ryder and a few others are going out on Friday I will probably go along, you're welcome to jump in with me if you'd like. I can pick you up or you can park your car at mine - wotevva fella!

Ryder, what time you thinking about meeting up?

Now pay attention 007!

I've just been having a look at numbers for our trip to Salisbury, can you all take a look at that thread and confirm.

P L E A S E:)

A few of us are going out on Saturday, not sure where yet but its not going to be a marathon, just a few nice countryfied drives. Either the ridgeway or some hertfordshire/essex lanes methinks.

Meeting at about 12 so if anyone else wants to join us please let us know and we'll PM any further details.

Cheers

Jai... a question. My radio gets hot... I mean seriously skin burining hot when its been on for a while. I've stopped using it to be on the safe side... is this likely to be an earthing issue? If so i might just run some new ffeds from the main battery feed.

Not sure about laning I have got a couple of niggly rear axle issues that I should sort before Salisbury, and i gotta pick up no end of ebay stuff. but keep me informed.

As for the radio I know the old rangie one did get really really hot especialy when usiong cd's. Think you are doing the right think just make sure it has a decent earth and mabe run a new feed with the correct fuse if you are still not happy with it. Saying all that if you have the correct connector between factory and oem head unit then it should be rated ok. Jai

It gets hot cause there aint enough room for the thing to get any air around it especially when u use the heaters... mines got a fan which cuts in after about 30min of playing music :)
