Nice quick turn round. Nice one. It lives to fight another day

Took it for a little drive earlier and brake pedal seems to push right the way down when braking.

Will check fluid levels in the morning - might need a master cylinder or bearings possibly.

Mo u still up for tommorows laning?

Erm will try and get my brake problem sorted today or tomorrow, (dont really want to take the chance with no brakes lol) maybe thursday evening is best for laning as one or two of the others cant make it tomorrow!

True about the wheel bearings affecting pedal response if worn or slack. Brakes normally work fine after first press that takes out the slack air gap between pads and disc. If it wasn't for bad luck you'd have no luck at all. Good news is bearing kits aint much more than a tenner and **** easy to fit

Just checked and brake fluid was slightly low, just noticed the inner rear wheel is wet with brake fluid, so guess theres a leak coming from there.

Just ordered some new pads and a belt tensioner (as its screaming away) and will be checking if its the calliper or the brake pipe that needs changing. Should be back on road very soooooooon.

Going out Sunday for a run. Not sure where yet but it won't be too far. Looking at meeting about 9am. Will sort out where to meet and go when I know if anyone else is interested.

Hi all. I propose going to the Church Stretton area on Sunday. There are some good lanes there, its fairly close by and a lot of the lanes have a firm rocky base that won't get damaged. There are however quite a few gates to deal with so a volunteer passenger with wellies would turn a good day into a great one. Good long lanes and stunning views. Any objections or questions from anyone?
