i removed my 300 tdi turbo and sent it for recon and it has arrived back now, i ordered a new inlet exhaust gasket etc etc. The Britpart gasket has now arrived back and is a totally metallic, where as the one i removed was not. Im a little confused as i googled the part some seem to also come with a metallic part for the exhaust side incorporated into them where as others do not, to add further confusion i seem to have 2 port a metal gasket supplied by the turbo reconditioner which im sure was not there when i removed the turbo ??

there seems to be 2 diffrent types of gasket one with a G suffix at the end ??

G means genuine.
Turbo has a steel gasket on the turbo to downpipe on my 200tdi and probably (can't remember) has another on the turbo to exhaust manifold, 300 probably the same. Gaskets will be fine for your inlet/exhaust manifold.
