Well I work in Portsmouth and I live on the isle of Wight, and I a fed up with the ferries and the lack of choice on times etc.... so I decided to change that.
It has developed along the way in to a lot more than that so in time I want it to do the channel crossing and we will see what else. :D

Most expensive ferry crossing in the Country I have heard..

I plan to fill the axels with grease, and have spare axels, as I realise she will get through wheel bearings, often, and I dont want to have to change bearings over a weekend. It will be a lot easier to swap the axels. :)

Really ????? You can do the wheels bearing in about 30mins each corner, changing the axle is a lot more more and they arent exactly light lol.

No I agree but, dont forget she will be in salt water and this may add extra issues.
I have redesigned the rear suspension set up and this will allow me to remove it easier.
 
That looks a cool piece of kit for few pennies. What's the quality like ?

The quality is surprising actually, I have my sat nav and my shooting lamp plugged in. The LED's are red when off and then flick it to on and they go blue. The switches are good quality and it works perfectly. Its quite bright as well at night. I was impressed :)

Just trying to figure out the best way of neatening the wires. Might drill a small hole at the top of the dash under the rubber thing in the middle that I chuck my lose change on and feed the sat nav under the dash up through the small hole in the top and into the sat nav.

Just an update to some mods I've done lately.

Full led kit installed, Centre console heat controls, clock and instrument panel.

Just a plug in 12v splitter with switches to control sat nav lamp and phone charger

Small temperate gauge slotted into side trim up the pillar by the windscreen.

Does that take the place from the ciggerrate lighter or is it just plugged into the ciggereate lighter?

Any ideas where the prob ended up? Did you zip tie it somewhere?

The probe for the lower thermometer (interior temp) is the silver bit just below the thermometer. The upper thermometer (exterior temp) sits in the crease where to OS A pillar meets the roof line. Out of the wind (chill) so gives a stable reading when moving.
