Looks very well![]()
Maybe use a some kind of rubber finisher for bumper edges? Like mine for roll cage :

Simple thing, and cut outs looks a lot better![]()
Very nice indeed mate..great job..
John, I think B&Q sell the rubber edging.....it's normally with the chequer plate sheets.![]()
Amazing how much more purposeful the car looks like that!
Off topic, are they BFG AT's or Insa's you run? How'd you find them on the freelander?

BFGs mate, they are great on the Freelander, just a little bit more road noise than the Cooper ATRs I had on before, the coopers had slightly better grip but very weak sidewalls & didn't last anywhere near as long,
I did the drawing & made a cardboard mockup, took that to a local fab shop who cut, bent & welded the pieces , had it powder coated locally.
To my knowledge no one is producing winch bumpers for the Freelander 1.
If I could get enough interest I would have a small batch of 6 - 10 made.
Surprisingly (to me at least) VOSA is silent on the issue of location in this guide https://www.gov.uk/displaying-number-plates
Looks like you may be okay.

Hello John,
Did you get sufficient interest to have a small badge made?
