so where you mount power steering pump..cos where u mount alt is where my pump is...i fit alt where ac was...

u do know..u will end up turboing or supercharging dont u??

oh..change the timing belt before it goes...buy a kit from states...

what you doing about brakes???

remember 110 calipers are 25%bigger than 90 and rrc..get vented discs to fit and use 110 vented calipers..drilled grooved..

then....to be able to lift rear wheels off tar mac..(not kidding) junk the vac servo..fit yanky hydroboost setup running off powersteering pump...the difference is unreall!!no spongy peedle..rock solid..most like race car peedle i have felt..takes getting used too..

then......you will find you will be needing front and rear lsd's..a must once supercharged..otherwise spinny wheelly no goey..removes all understeer, goes oversteer but i like that..like being on rails..then...feck off anti roll bars for road use..cos you will will want to boot it around corners...

why you not ever asked for phone number??

what engine you got?gen2 or 3..ie year and is vvti??

mine non vvti 1997 square headlight model, yes brakes are on the list one thing at a time:p

Looking for a radiator with oil cooler, thinner than the original 3.5 v8 and suitable for 260-300bhp.
Any Ideas where I can find flow rates and sizes?

Allisport might be a good shout, probably worth a few hundred quid investment to keep it safe and cool...?

possibly, the problem I have is two things
1) autobox oil cooler
2) could do with a thinner rad to fit into front.

I'll take some measurements and post them up as a £500 alloy rad doesn't appeal

Could mount the g'box one on a bracket behind the bumper and drill holes through for air ?

The problem is the engine is slightly further forward as I didn't want to move gearbox/transfer box mountings and make prop angles worse- I recon it will end up with kenlow fan instead of a viscus as it takes up a lot of space

why cant you get a rad built with cooler in each side last £130

I could speak to the radiator place, but I had hoped on a stock rad of some sort as my mate at factors was doing stupidly cheap deals couple of months back

how cheap ,

I bought a 2.0 vw radiator new no questions asked £25 think it was old stock they are getting rid off, I'll get off my arse early part of next week and look through their catalog and see the rad place as well.

id price getting one made and coolers either side makes neat job and leaves large core surface

Serck Maston or Arrow Radiators my two local ones- I'll give them a call.

I'm after functional not bling
