Really sorry my slightly pickled brain read one thing and came up with something completely different,,,,

The garage I use are lr specialists. The boss has a classic and l322. I would love to fix it, but I work full time, I have 3 young kids including a 17month old, and my other half works weekends, so time is a big issue

How does this aa warranty work?
My mate had one of those pay monthly warranties and when his gearbox jammed thay said it wasent covered. He then went through a list of comon problems his car suffered and none of them were covered!
turned out pretty much nothing was covered

They don't cover wear and tear items like brakes and clutches etc. Fixed starter on my Audi no problem.

I used to work for that mob, and the whole warranty thing is wide open to abuse, just make sure you can prove the car has been serviced in accordance with the manufacturers recommended mileage intervals, but if i was you i would defo go for it, if you get on well with your garage, get them to do any other little bits that need doing and slip them onto the bill!;);););)

Ok so just quickly done the checks on compressor. Removed filter and absolutely no suction! Sooooooo does that mean a complete strip down?

Simple refurb the compressor job, £12.95 for the piston seal kit assuming the cylinder is OK. Just done one.
