Hi Folks,
have not been on the forum in a while as I have been busy rebuilding my series 3 to get it expedition ready. Been a great project so far and its now almost complete.

Its been fully rebuild from the ground up and is currently driving fantastic, too much has been done to list but I have lots of photographs so if anyone need some information for their series 3 build please reach out!

Was a lot of work, but enjoyed it. Few more bits still to do but are mainly bolt on bits such as awning etc.

heading to Pyrenees then to Iceland next year.

Enjoy it is the main thing :) .

Oh and plenty of pics, dont be a stranger :) .

Interested in your rock sliders/sills, DIY job? Any more photos?
Got them from Mill Services in Wales - Kevin Davies, a real nice guy. Sliders are really heavy duty, a bit of welding and some metal plate to get them to sit the way I wanted but aside from that an easy fit. Could not make them for what Kevin sells them at.
 
Looks really good, as soon as you get those wheels powder coated in Saverin White, it'll be perfect :vb-head-over-heels:
