It's good over there, gets very muddy so will want some MT's fitted otherwise he will be slipping everywhere. There is a fair bit of recovery going on if its rained, if its dry then all the course can be pretty easy. Look for bures pit, a lot more varied P'n'P day
I would say a completely standard disco might struggle a bit, but that's all part of finding out the limits of the truck.
As Jon said, burrs pit is open ground in a lot of places and more suitable for the beginner in a standard landy.
Currently on the lookout for a TD5 Disco. Dont know a great deal about them, other than i dont think Mr Spankee liked his, so if anyone can tell me what to look out for thatll be great. All my cars are going to replace them with one of those.....
Don't know about the disco, but the fender td5 is pretty sorted, and you can tweak the ecu, because we all know you can't leave leave the #### alone.

Removed the body from the chassis today.
