Yeah got 2 of the 3 cracked but for some reason the last will not go, have tried to hamer on a socket but not much room in there, mole grips just seem to slip off as its now fully round:mad::mad::mad:

Grinder out in sat I think think, new screws. and get the job done, going to flush the system, and new coolant at the same time as well.

Stu you can get a socket to get that bolt out it's similar to the ones we were talking about on ebay, but as you turn it cuts into the bolt and grips i think snapon tools do one about £20 .Sure someone on here will have details.

AND NOW I AM REALY PI**ED:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:, cracked of all the water pump screws, now replaced, also craceked off all the water pump ones apart from the bottom one as the PAS pulley is in way.... cant budge the PAS Pulley Screws :Cry:.......... dont want to grind them off in case theres not enough left to get the ends out, spent 4 hrs on it.... well narked filled with water and left it.

I have tried belt on, off, pulley jamed so it dont move, Plus gas and more plus gas, heat, hammer to shock it, Sockets, spanners, even with me pushing hard they will not crack, well dont want to round thes off as wel.

Anyone any ideas or help please.

Shame your not nearer to me. Would have come round to see if could of helped.

Today I spent the entire day cleaning the mud off the landy. And tomorrow I will need to clean the mud off the drive.

Have you got a Landy or a 4x4, bring it to Bures Pit on the 14th Nov, we will be there, without seeing and getting to know someone I am afraid, I would not let a stranger play in my Baby, espcialy on the rough, can quickly do a lot of damage.

Our group has only got Disco's and a 90, but get to know the guy's and girl's on the site and you may well bag your self a ride.

Thats a shame, I would have poped over to see, work, and drink tea, I could of brought some cakes....

But I am seeing the kids this afternoon, Edward would of loved it cakes and landys, but dont think the 3 girls would enjoy the dirt and landys.
 
I have an 8 year old daughter who would love to have some friends over.
