I notice that your wiring is subtly different to the circuit diagram....

I agree, however I would prefer to keep it the same if poss - yu can see from my circuit how easy it is - just bridging a couple of wires

It's just like swapping the connections around on an on off switch. Its the same but no worries either way.

Update.
New window ECU works fine.
Old window ECU had ...
Fuse (RW) blown,
Tracks lifted and broken (overheated)
Twin pole relay damaged (case swollen).
