I've treated myself to a new house with a big garage so no need to work outside anymore
Wow, I thought my car had , had a lot spent on it but buying a house for yours has to be the biggest expenditure any of us have spent on them.

how's your epic tale going Goldie ?
If i didnt buy mt RR i could afford a new house

It continues, Andy. She is currently at Gibsons whilst the injectors are off being tested. They couldnt replicate the vibration that diagnostic chap and I got but did get a diffy reading from injectors. Will get all details in next couple of days and continue saga on other thread :-(

you will still need the support group for a while yet then :)
Hamster has a few problems he can share, he has a tap tap tap much like your vibration (lucky i checked what my predictive text had chosen in place or vibration !!)

Got a vibration too lol, between 30 & 50mph, feels like a light rumble strip at the back and can hear it a bit too but that's the LUC in the torque converter .
Here's my main dependant in its new house lol.

Awww poor baby in a cold, bare, room. Shame on you, buy her some rugs and fleecey blankets, at least ;) Mine might be outside but she's at least got a nice warm cover.

All Comms arrived last week (finally) and promptly set about messing my BCM up.
I had heavier than should be steering and have read that this could be because the car has had a flat battery or alternator failure (I've had both) so I plugged in and turned off transport mode. Still the same so watched a RSW YouTube video regarding this which says to recode the BCM. Did this and set 2002 - 2004 defaults which screwed up my settings.
I now have to press the unlock button twice to completely unlock the car and I now only have 1 wiper speed and 2 intermittent wipes which do the same thing, rain sensor isn't working either. Lastly (I think) the windows don't go up when I hold the remote lock button.
2 emails to RSW, both unanswered.
All Comms hasn't won me over and my steering is still heavy.

Morning mate, I haven't used mine to do that, have you been through and read and cleared all your faults?
I'll see if I can have a look through the settings tonight but I think you can go back in and set up the individual settings.
They have always answered me very quickly because of the time difference.
Andy

I can code certain things but the things it's changed, there's no setting for. More annoying than that is the unanswered emails. At our current exchange rate it was over £200 and it would have been worth that if I could get some support.
All codes cleared by the way.
Cheers mate.

Any replies mate?
Have you been into the body module debug heading and selected the recode ECU and set vogue BCM default or anything else. i have never tried that so only guessing
it does say expert user only though...
have you looked into the servotronic valve fault for your power steering

Haha, there's the problem, lack of an expert user.
I have loaded the Vogue defaults which restores all my settings except it makes the interior light do the opposite of what it's supposed to do. Open door, nothing, close door, lights on, radio wakes up and the same for locking, the light comes on when I lock it and won't go off.
Still no word from RSW

That video is what led me to do what I did with All Comms.
Servotronic valve is next on the hit list.

it has got itself confused somehow, I have emailed RSW Solutions and will see what reply I get mate, standby ....
you have checked your spam folder i guess ?
