I must be nuts!! But Ive just put together an order for all of the EAS system parts to reconvert my P38 from Springs back to air...! If I can bring myself to click commit to purchase will it be as simple as 1,2,3 to remove springs and fit the EAS system. Ive removed the whole lot so it'll be a mostly new system on the car from pipes to compressor. Is it just plug and play or will I need a Nanocom to get it working once fitted?:eek:

You will need to calibrate the heights either with Nanocom or the EAS software, othrwise should be plug n play unless any of the wiring has been tampered with.

The wiring is all still there. I've taken everything else out and will replace it with new or working second hand so to try and avoid the problems others have.

As a little aside. How do you calibrate the height using EAS software? I have only ever used it to diagnose faults.

Im hoping to get it all back on air ASAP and if its going to be as simple as fitting it and getting a lead to set it up it cant be that hard right.... Then after the respray I'll have to sell it pretty quick before it all goes wrong lol ;)

Good luck dude as much as id like mine back on air im not as brave as you. Or have a computer to hand. Plus id have trashed at least two bags around the farm
