Hi iv finaly got a 90 its a 1988 and what i want to know is do the very first 90`s have low ratio diffs like in series as i was talking to some one about swoping my rear axle for one with disk brakes and he was unsure if id need a diff for the front axle aswell, let me know thanks.

no there were allways 3.54 in 90s 110s etc

so any thing with coil springs on the axle`s are all the same

and 1988 isn't early for a 90. It has push button doors and fancy locks. mine is early, with lift up door handles and no internal bonnet release, 1984.

sorry i ment 1984 lol thats what mines like when did the push button doors and internal bonnet release come in?

late 86. urs will still have the higher ratio diff, 3.54:1 I think. same as all coilers.
