Looks like Baptiste Pitoi’s P38?
If it is, it’s a V8

He’s French off-roader on Utube, lifted his Peugeot106 to go off-roading to it

Overkill but very well thought out and on air. 4.0 V8, just the engine and gearbox ECU's.
The air is on two 2 valves. Front and rear. Lifted independently and using the original compressor to supply air.
11cm body lift and 15cm airbag stilts on the axles.
Mental, I spoke to the owner and he wasn't interested in supplying a kit to people who wanted to keep the bags but not have to deal with the air suspension system and its needs.
Some of us can but not everyone can repair or get to grips with it. This thing went over everything thrown at it.

He must have done something to the props running at that angle with that kind of lift?

i'm running mine on a Bearmach +2" lift kit with Bearmach Tuffback +20mm shocks. also have fitted 265 75 16 Maxxis Bighorn MT764. it drives very nice on the road with a bit of swaying(similar to my defender 90 when it got lifted). haven't yet tried it offroad, can't wait!

one particularly thing that Bearmach have forgotten with their kit is on the p38 the fuel tank and power steering box are on the drivers side which means you have to pop a little spacer below the springs on that side so it sits level. I believe the terrafirma kit has slightly longer springs on the on the drivers side to correct this.
Do you have diff guards fitted

Hi Bigsi,

I run mine on a 2"lift too - but just a body lift - which allows me to use Toyo Open Country M/T 255/85R16 tyres. I don't use a diff' guard with mine, and although I have grounded on the diff' a few times prior to fitting the bigger tyres - I have not done so since.

Nick
