Absolutely top thread GH but come on post some pictures of it whilst its still shiny.

And then some when it's all dented and covered in mud from going off road.

Don't worry there will be plenty of pictures of it being used. I didn't do this for show. It will be enjoyed and worked! Can't wait either.

Hopefully I can keep you entertained for a while longer. :D:D

Give photos, or screenshots if more it is in process of development/construction.

I saw your thread with the photos on it. I am also making cardboard templates. Just looking for a few shortcuts.

if i were to make a guard, i would consider strengthening the main guard part as ive seen many a bent one... just food for thought.

Yep,totally agree with disco mark,my brother and I have both bent are steering guards so def a good idea, just makes ya wonder wot sort of mess steering would be without it as there not easy to bend : )

Nearly, mate nearly. Working on steering guard templates tonight. Thanks for the input. I take it it's just the middle of the lower edge that gets it.

OK so I made a descent start on the steering guard and then scrapped and started again. Here is the proposed plan for the side brackets.

Sorry the night photo is crap but hey it's an iPad with no flash. Anyhow not sure about the location of the recovery eye as I need the winch plate to arrive.

Any thoughts.
