****ing well nice that Ian :)

As for the headlights, you'll be most pleased with the upgrade, we were laning this evening and I though that someone had played a practical joke a d replaced mine with candles.

I think im going to upgrade to something better, but NOT 300 lights, I simply won't lose those plastic light surrounds!

Cheers Mate I am happy with that compliment :)

Yeah I am starting to like the lights however whilst fitting them I was thinking - Tree, Branches, Bank, Hedges and then how much it would cost to repair. There isnt a lot behind the grill and trim is there? I still prefer the older front but hey I am moving on.

Took a photo this morning with the indicators on it and it looks good. Just need to sort the fuel sender out and she is almost there. Will probably take all week to do the small bits though :-( Trying to get it done for Christmas.......

yeah i dont like to tell you but its the details and the snag list that tends to take ages!

i still reckon youll be rolling for xmas.

you may wish to purchase some lamp guards, depends on your usage.

will be nice to see a 300 on an early plate though :)

Yeah you don't see many 3 dr 300's. Did they make any other than the commercials?

Just been reading the tray back thread and fancy the roll cage. The link to the certificate specs is really useful.

There are 3dr 300s but they were so impractical in a 3dr they didn't make many once the 5dr was available!

If any disco is gonna terrorise the world, you seen it here first folks! If you get followed in a terrorising manner, sneak into a multi storey car park to safety! :D

Cheers mate, however i was referring to the ones underneath these :). Sorry my mistake. Thanks for taking the time to look for them.

Dont suppose you found the others??:D

Cheers

Well I have read about some protection plates that have been used in Australia and I started searching for equivalents over here but had no luck.

I am thinking that a plate that stretches from the rear of the front axle to the rear of the gearbox would be great. It could protect the transfer box and the handbrake drum/e-brake whilst having access to change oil etc.

I plan to use the anti roll bar mounts at the front and something else lol at the rear.

It's probably not going to be one piece but will be strong enough to balance the vehicle on over rough ground.

Just a thought
