I have done that also, I ran a wire to the conector and ran the pump whilst opening each outlet at a time still nothing from the rears?
 
did you try with the modulator unplugged too?...maybe it gets some false feed from somewhere and it closes the valves or something
 
Sorted it now the fault was with the brand new PRV (****part) it's was not letting any fluid from the top of PRV to the block must have been manufactured wrong, fitted my old one and now have fluid back although not right pressure as that PRV was faulty in the 1st place, but at least now I know where the fault is
