I wasn't aware that the diff flange needed turning down?
Just where the CW bolts on to get a decent surface area for the pad.

Or should I say, doesn't look like mine has been turned down
Has about 12-14mm of crownwheel face exposed?
Good video of the twist off on facebook Mark, I managed 8ft nd a wee bit on Sunday & Monday after abit of fiddling, the front end is very limited as still running stock front arms! Ricks 110 & Steves 90 both running 1 link front set up if you saw it, going to be putting one on mine and then should be getting near the level as Steve that won the twist off lol!
Rick got the highest but had to deduct points as longer wheelbase!
Can go a lot more on the ramp backwards but is a shame they stop you soon as ya back tyre is off.
Hi
Love the thread, trying to do something similar but have no idea so i will be referring to this alot. keep up the posts
Yep I'll be there at the main one with RAC. I will buy it but Thats as much as I'm saying! They were made by a "bloke" I can't remember his name but it's with Cambridge fabrications and they've sort of stopped/ put it on hold at the minute.
I'm not saying anymore on here about it lol as it's quite a delicate situation at the min as there are future plans. If you do make one ya self don't put it into the public for purchasing as there will be a big row about it.
It's a great product though and completely transforms the suspension.
Ooo and id love to year your secret weapon for the twist off lol!! Can't really do alot more than a 1 link with 4link rear set up??
Last year I spoke with the guy from MIB about his mates with caimbridge fab, he said they had a couple left and cost about a grand... then it did sounds like a great solution but just to much! hence why I'm making it
He said about these big 4x4 company's (naming no names) and how they slate their product, but I've read **** loads from Pirate 4x4 about the 1 links and they are basically the same as a radius arm setup but without the restrictions.
